CCA Management Group LLC is a Florida company founded by Arturo Pompa Marin. Arturo built a consulting practice in the credit and business funding industry from the ground up, working with clients across Florida and training other consultants along the way. The Accelerator exists because the questions he kept getting from other operators were never about the industry itself. They were about the business: how to price, how to get clients consistently, how to deliver without burning out, and how to hire.
The program is the operating manual he wishes he had at the start, organized into a curriculum and delivered with live coaching. Everything taught inside is something the CCA team runs in its own business today.

Arturo did not learn this business from a course. He learned it by opening a consulting office in Titusville, Florida, taking clients one at a time, and then figuring out how to serve a hundred of them without the whole thing living in his phone.
He founded CCA Consulting Services, a bilingual consulting practice in the credit and business funding industry, and grew it from referrals into a company with a team, a client portal, written processes and a pipeline that runs whether he is at his desk or not. Along the way he started training other operators who wanted the same thing, and that training became the Accelerator.
What makes him unusual in this space is that he builds his own tools. When the software he needed did not exist, he wrote it: a document automation engine, an in house payroll and receipt system, a document editor for client files. That same instinct shows up in the program. Every module ends with something you can actually install in your business, not a slide you nod along to.
Simple scales. If a system needs you in the room to work, it is not a system yet.
Outside of work he is a father, a reef aquarium keeper with a 500 gallon system he engineered himself, and the kind of person who would rather build the thing than buy it.
